Everything about the property itself was very nice. The location is on the south side of town and a little sketchy in appearance but we felt safe. This area is being revitalized and will soon be a major draw.

Such a nice eclectic hotel. Loved it. I’d stay again, except I’d ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from the Fivee Bistro across the drive. Music was too loud, played until after midnight and the customers/vehicles were loud. The hotel itself was unexpected and awesome. Clean, spacious room, good view from the room of Dallas, and great rooftop view.

I really enjoyed Tammy she was nice and sweet the whole experience was fly I would definitely stay again ! Pool are and party was nice for mother's day weekend ! Restaurants are delicious. It was very clean had coffee muffins and fruit for free only thing it didn't have shuttle but overall everything made my bday mother's day weekend amazing!!!!

The property itself is very nice and modern. Kind of posh. The service is in restaurant and roof top bar is really bad. Took almost an hour to get out mains and we were the only ones in the entire place. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Sat at the downstairs bar after a show, bartender was super nice and made great drinks. Went upstairs to the rooftop bar and neither bartender knew what they were doing. Ordered the same drinks we did downstairs and they were made completely different despite them being signature cocktails. Smoked old fashioned was not smoked and just tasted like a double shot of whiskey with an orange peel in it. My fiance ordered a Kentucky mule. What she was given didn't have a single mule ingredient in it except whisky. I know this because i watched the guy make it. It tasted like a margarita with whiskey in it. The hotel itself was great. Id suggest going somewhere else for food and don't drink upstairs unless you just want beer or white claw.

Upscale simple clean rooms very industrial style. Hotel is full of amazing art! Rooftop pool is really nice my 7 year old enjoyed it immensely. Young lady upstairs at pool bar was wonderful. Staff all around was great Jacob especially was engaging with my family went out of his way to make us feel welcome and get additional items we needed. He’s a star! Needs to be a manager! Overall great location and wonderful hotel.

Love the hotel . Very unique and eclectic. Room is bigger than your standard room. The unusual thing about the hotel is during weeknights, they do not charge for parking. However, from Friday night and through out the weekend, it's valet parking for additional fee, or you may park off-site, across the street. On the other note, we did appreciate there was security during the weekend. Please note, there is a bar/restaurant next door. Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and responsive, and we would stay here again during the weekdays. 😁

Everything was very clean and nice. The only problem was that the bathroom door had come off its track a little and would not fully close. The person at the front desk had said that this was a flaw in several rooms that would be repaired. We really loved the hotel overall but this issue was unfortunate.

The hotel itself was great. Good food, clean and secure inside. Outside shared a parking lot with a bar that was very busy on the weekend, so parking was limited. The bar on the roof was noisier though! Thought we were secure because all the elevators were key card activated, but on the weekend anyone from the public can access the roof top bar… In south end of Dallas, so not an area you can go walk around outside the hotel. Kinda sketchy. Homeless will approach you at the 711 nearby. Saving grace is the police station is right across the street too.
