"Hosted a small event at this property and it was great! The place was super clean and looked beautiful inside. The owner was also easy to contact and responded really fast every time. There is a tenant in the basement suite, which I didn’t know prior to booking, but that was not an issue during our stay. The location is on a quiet street with lots of free parking. "We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 2 families of 4 for the weekend and room to spare! The location is perfection, the home owners are very communicative and quick to respond, and the home has so much space, including very comfy beds and linens. I will say that it is evident the house has been loved a bit too hard by renters. There is obvious wear and tear throughout the home and finishings. However it was clean and had everything you could need! We’d recommend and stay again! "

"The place was the same as posted and very clean. My son and I enjoyed staying there for five days. It’s located in a new neighborhood down south, so was a bit of driving for wherever I wanted to go. The location is great and had lots of parking which can be a challenge in Seton. Was easy to come and go with your own door and keypad which was very nice to have.
