"The room had a really bad smell to it. The sheets that they brought say they were clean but had stains on Them the staff did come by often and check. The breakfast was ok"

"staff was friendly but when we got our room key and went to our room someone was already in it. when i told her she acted surprised. how do you not know when everything is on a computer. i can see if there were mix ups with paper registering. the one lady went upstairs to look at a room. she came back down to the front desk. the room was empty she said so that was our room. only 1 bar of soap and 1 tiny tube of shampoo. no iron and no ironing board. this same thing happened to the guy in front of me 3 times. he finally left. i'll never go back there"

"The property and room were well kept. The room was very noisy from the A/C that it needed to be shut off to watch TV. Secondly the shower control would not deliver cold water. Obviously no shower was taken. Most importantly the front desk was notified, but no one showed up to assist."

"I paid for the room in advance and then when we got there they wanted an additional $50 security deposit. Claiming they charge all customers this but especially since when paid in advance they do not have access to credit card if there are any damages. That is a load of garbage if you just ask for the card to remain on file they can charge it after it need be."
