We appeared to be the only females staying there. Property old looking and one fellow never stopped staring at us. He peeked around the corner and watched which room we entered, which was unnerving. Our key said to lock the deadbolt but it would not lock. Rather than stay up all night guarding the door we left, turned our key in and went elsewhere. Will not stay there again. This property would only work well for single workers looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. Did not even see a phone in the room

Nice motel
A amazing stay! The room was clean and smelled terrific. Location was perfect. My daughter stayed at the WCU so the drive to see and pick her up was less than 1 mile. Will stay here again. The price was amazing too.

Basically the property didn't have any grass to cut. I did see a gentleman blowing the leaves out of the parking lot into the woods. Rooms can use some updates, especially on the shower ceilings. One of the queen beds had flat sheets instead of a fitted on the bottom. Trash cans in room need to be washed out occasionally. Ice maker didn't work. Heater/aircondition units worked excellant once they got up and running.The beds slept comfortable. For the price we paid for the room it was decent. If and when we return to Cullowhee NC we would stay again.

My weekend was centered around the University and I spent most of my time there. It is a basic hotel with a convenient location so it is perfect for me. I stay here every time I am in the area.

We would definately stay again. Staff were friendly, the rooms were decent for the price. Beds were comfortable but made a lot of noise when turning over.The bathroom was updated although the tub seemed small. The entrance door to room didn't look like it was closed all the way, until the dead bolt was locked. No luggage rack or hangers to hang clothes in the room. Just a suggestion, which ever door the fridge is in I would remove the door to cabinet completely. Also, the stairwells need sweeping/cleaned.

I got a discount and that price seemed fair. Killed 10 roaches but seemed clean otherwise. Desk clerk was nice. Beds slept fine. Room was quiet. Neighbors were quiet. Overall the stay wasnt bad for the discount rate.
