"El hotel esta muy bien licalizado cerca de todo en el centro. La atmósfera y ambiente del hotel es espectacular con jardines muy bien mantenidos, piscina y silencioso. El desayuno es simple pero muy bueno. El personal del hotel es muy amable y amigable. Hay muy buenos restaurantes que puedes ir caminando, por ejemplo la casa Taxco, en la misma calle del hotel."

"The staff in this hotel is super nice and helpful. We stayed 3 hours and decided to leave for another place. The room did not have AC (only one tower fan which was totally insufficient) nor TV (the staff indicated that this was a decision to help the guests interact with others). What was the last straw for us was the lack of good and reliable internet service. The manager Jose Antonio did everything he could to make it work, but it never did. The only option was for us to sit outside, in the humid heat, next to the router. We did this for 15 minutes and I was bit all over by moskitoes. I hope this property addresses these 3 items along with easy parking. The place is beautiful. It would be nice to stay there comfortably."

"The staff is amazing! The staff really goes above and beyond! Very friendly, pleasing and attentive. You will feel at home. Our room had a bedroom, a living room and a terrace with the pool right outside our door. Great food at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel! :)))"
