"From a positive standpoint it was quiet, acceptably clean and had enough parking to house a 16' box truck with a car trailer. What I did not appreciate was the host raising his voice when telling me that it is a non smoking room and that there is a large fee if I smoked in it. As someone who does not smoke I would have brushed it off except he than placed me in a painted over room that was previously a smoking room. I could smell the nicotine seeping through the paint on the walls, and the air coming out of the AC smelled vaguely of an ash trey."
