“"Best in the South"”

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Harriman, Tennessee was perfect in every way. The desk clerks and the staff at the morning meal could not have been better. The desk clerk took the time to print me a map of my destination. She could not have been more helpful. I stayed here two nights in early August, 2011 and I will definitely be returning next year. The room was exceptionally clean and it was so quiet I found myself looking out the window at times to make sure I wasn't the only pearson left on earth. This inn deserves 5 stars all the way.

“TN Fall”

The only problem we had during our stay was that another group of guests decided to cookout below our room and the fumes from the grill were sucked into the airconditioner. We remedied the problem by turning off the air until the fumes had cooked off the charcoals.

“We LOVE Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites”

We stayed in 3 Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites throughout TN and KY and loved all 3 of them. All very clean and new in appearance along with very friendly staff. This is my new favorite hotel chain. Will stay in another again. Could not have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Great place, The only problem was the AC unit rattled all night.

“Great stay”

This is a newly built motel and the service was good and condition of hotel great. The breakfast buffet and quality of food was good. The room was clean except for the sofa bed. The mattress on it was stained badly. Perhaps the furniture was moved from the old Holiday Inn down the road. But overall we would stay again at this motel.

“Nice Place; Needs Easier Access”

This is a clean comfortable hotel with the amenities you expect at this price point. The only criticism I have is that coming from the nearest I-40 exit (exit 347) you must go past the entrance on Route 27 and then make a U turn through the median to get back to the hotel's entrance driveway. There is no turn-through lane leading directly to their driveway. At night the un-lit and unmarked gravel U-turn paths beyond the hotel are very difficult to see.

“Very pleased with our stay”

This was our third hotel over a 5 day trip. This hotel appeared the newest and everything was clean and comfortable. We did not dine in the area so can not speak to the abundance of nearby eateries. I did not notice obvious dining choices, in contrast to the other hotels on our trip. As a hotel, I enjoyed our stay very much.

“Nothing Special”

This Holiday Inn Express, like other express hotels, is good for a quick overnight if you are just looking for some place to sleep and don't care about amenities. Comfortable and clean.
