The floors in the unit really needed to be cleaned and the keys/locks were a bit hard to use, those are my only complaints!"

"This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. "Very hard to find, then when you finally get there it’s not marked—looks like a house, and then they send you to another location. And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only."

"Ballena Paridise is a well designed property. It is a spacious apartment. Property is very clean and well maintained. On arrival I was given a brief orientation and a set of keys and a remote for the gate. Loved the swimming pool and the beach is a couple of minutes walk from property. If you are a fellow journey person you will also appreciate this place."

"Excellent place for the final stop of our honeymoon. Ideal 200m walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Viejo. Breakfast each morning was authentic and the surroundings were impressive with toucans each morning at breakfast. "

"Overall great stay in Jacó. Only 10 minute walk to main strip. Only 1 entree pp for the breakfast that is included daily. The only issue for me was the WiFi was VERY slow almost nonexistent during peak hours. Was very fast during the middle of the night when most ppl were sleep. I would definitely stay again it was very clean and the condos were spacious"
