"Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful grounds and great service. We paid extra for the “red level” which entitled us to a private lounge that had food and drink out available for a good part of the day, nice quality! The room we had was a little dated, unexpected for that level but over all very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! We enjoyed our stay here. "

My room was beautiful and I asked for a room with loungers and I received a wonderful room, so thank you. The gym is very good and the spiler beach club restaurant is a must. I found the room service menu very very limited and the Balthazar restaurant the only downside of the hotel, it has no ambiance and the food was not good at all very sad as the spiler was terrific but closed at 4.30.
