"All welcoming friendly hotel, with a great atmosphere! They dealt promptly with some noisy/disruptive people, which was reassuring. However, we witnessed a group reporting suitcases having been stolen from their room on the evening of their arrival, with all clothing/passports/money having being taken from a 6th floor room! The staff did not seem to respond favourably, and they weren't taking this seriously- concerning!!"

"super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel. "The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

"This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time. "

I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "
