When we arrived at the hotel, I noticed the lobby area is rather large. There is no continental breakfast but we knew that ahead of time, as they charge extra for that. Upon going into our room we noticed a very strong odor of mold. I immediately inspected the beds as I usually do and you could clearly tell the room was made up in a hurry and I seriously doubt the bedsheets were washed. There was unknown liquids, hair and mold still on the bed sheets. The pillows had HEAVY black mold. I called the front desk and they offered to move me rooms & an apology. That’s it, nothing for the inconvenience. This was very inconvenient as we had reserved two rooms and wanted to stay adjacent to the guest we came with. Nothing was done to help us in this situation. My children could have slept on these filthy beds had I not paid close attention to how dirty the room was. When the attendants came up to the room to give us the new keys, they were shocked to see the state the room was in. Needless to say we will never choose to stay here again. I wish I could upload pictures on here to show the extent of how filthy this room was.

The only thing wrong was the front desk guy he was a little rude and careless didn’t want to get off hes phone when I got there and didn’t tell me what room number I had or what floor it was on he gave me the key and went back to play on hes phone and computer he was in the back room hiding I had to mock on the counter loud to get hes attention other then that stay was really good

So the entrance was blocked off but the exit was not. There were no signs stating this you just had to figure that out. We didn't notice but in the room our soap that's locked up was empty too. Parking lot needs major repair also. This propertt needs to be remodeled.
