“I'd never stay anywhere else in Cork.”
Virtually faultless. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, (the central bus station a stone's throw away, a taxi rank right outside the door), large comfortable and well-equipped rooms, great hotel facilities, and outstanding value for money.
“Value for money”
Described as latest Top end hotel in Cork by the tour guides, Clarion actually offers excellent value for money. Located close to the main shopping area and Bus station. Rooms are specious, clean and very functional. I will easily stay here again.

“Very pleasant stay”
We were very happy with our stay at the Clarion in Cork. It was an easy hotel to find, nice to have onsite parking, and the hotel is close to the central part of Cork. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
“Beautiful modern Hotel”
Totally loved this hotel. Only 4 years old - very modern and beautifully furnished. Breakfast excellent - Kudos bar/restaurant excellent Thai menue. Enjoyed the pool and massage in Spa area. Very close to main drag and bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would most definitely return to this hotel. Very relaxing sitting in ground floor area with baby grand piano playing and looking up at magnificant huge golden balls extending from top of atrium.
“relaxing in cork”
Pool was bigger than the pictures with a lovely hottub and small gated of shallow area for children. Dinner was average but breakfast was fantastic. walking distance to most of the major sites and the shopping district is only a few blocks away. Finding the parking lot was a challenge and there did not seem t be a drop off area if you had brought a car so be sure of the directions before you leave.
“Excellent Hotel near loads of destinations”
Several wonderful sights are within a short walk of the hotel ( 15 - 20 minutes ). I recommend St Finn Barre's Cathedral and the English Market. The accomodations were very modern and everything was in excellent shape. I would go back again and again.
“Great hotel!”
Cork is a great jumping-off place for SW Ireland. The trains go everywhere (see Cobh) and the bus goes to Kinsale (great for a night!). This hotel in Cork was very modern, well-appointed, and the staff was great!
“Clarion Cork was great”
Good location for walking to the touristy area, and very easy to find driving into Cork. Parking garage and a pool under the hotel, and most importantly...room was super clean with nice modern style and quiet. Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland (the rest were B&B's).
“Best hotel on our trip!”
The hotel was great--I only wish we had more time there! It was very clean and everyone that worked there was fast and friendly. The rooms were extremely nice and had numerous anemities in them! The mini bar was full and worked by sensor so you knew what your charges were when you checked out of the hotel--even for items used 10 minutes before checkout. I wish we had more time in this hotel! They also had a spa, which looked great, but I didn't have enough time to check it out!
