“Really good experience...”
Hotel is in a convenient location but not too noisy. Rooms a fair size with very nice decor. Any problems very quickly sorted out. by friendly staff. Great breakfasts and delicious food in the restaurant of an evening. A very pleasant all round experience
“Very nice hotel and location”
Extremely satisfied with breakfast
“Couldn't do enough for you”
We were made to feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. Umbrellas were readily available when the weather was bad. The hotel was very close to the centre but not noisy. We required help with our return flights and they couldn't have been more helpful. A request for coffee outside of normal hours was also met and taxis were ordered when requested. Thank you very much for a trouble free relaxing stay.
“Enjoyed Our Stay”
This hotel was very well located for seeing Copenhagen. It was an easy walk (4 blocks from the train station) to everything we wanted to see in the city. Rooms in this part of the world often do not have A/C. It was hot (90) when we were there in June and this was the only hotel to provide a fan. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip, lots of choices, including fruit. We enjoyed sitting on the patio both for breakfast and a drink in the afternoon. They also had free internet access which unusual.I would choose to stay here again. Ask for a room on an upper floor to ensure peace and quiet.
“fab hotel staff great would stay there again”
wonderful welcome. staff great. that was until i ask'ed for 2 tea cups one night and was told when i had finished with them bring them back to the reception. no way! tea making facilitys no cups, other than that it was a lovely stay, if you book a taxi to the airport ask the price when you get in we were charged 45 euros
“Excellent Alexandra”
A fantastic choice for a weekend get away. Location great for the station aswell as attractions such as Tivoli. In a city where nothing comes cheap, the wide ranging breakfast helped to get us off to a great start. There's a nice bar serving a good range of local beers & some swanky cocktails . Already recommended to friends & family
“a perfect choice”
We were immediately smitten with Hotel Alexandra. It was small, friendly, and in the perfect location for enjoying walking around Copenhagen. I found it much more inviting than the larger, more oppullent hotels I've visited elsewhere. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience.
“A hyggelit hotel in Copenhagen”
Cozy hotel centrally located in Copenhagen. The decor is charming, the staff are friendly and helpful.
“Excellent Business Hotel”
I really liked this place. We were there for business and they catered to all our needs. Yes, the rooms (singles) are small but almost everything is in Copenhagen. Beds were very comfortable and the heated bathroom floors is a nice touch. The breakfast was MUCH more than continental and was excellent. Excellent location, walk to train, Tivoli and Town Hall. Definitely will return in the future.
“Love their services!”
Room is clean and comfortable. Conveneince location, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Great breakfast!
