It was an easy and cheap find for 2 queens and a pull out couch. The hotel is currently under construction. My only complaint would be that the walls are extremely THIN you could hear people talking in their rooms all the down the hallway. You can hear every little thing. I was on the top floor, #3.

The hotel says indoor pool. However, the pool closed until May. The only ice machine is on the first floor making it very inconvenient. But, I have to say that he staff was friendly and it was very clean for there being an entire floor under renovation. The renovated room we had was very nice and the bed seemed to be brand new.

It is being remodeled. There were several pieces of furniture and a lamp broken in the room. Cleanliness was lacking but seemed to be due to the construction going on.

Thank you for staying. We are currently under renovations, and should be completed by June 2024. We get deliveries couple times a week for the room furniture. All the lamps in the rooms are being replaced soon as they arrive. All furniture, flooring, lamps, window coverings, bathroom tubs, showers, sinks, counters, mirrors, etc. have all been replaced by all new. Once renovations are completed, the rooms will be 100% new, with no old furniture.
This property was very dated, air conditioning struggled, bathroom was dirty, WiFi signal was awful.

Good hotel great service
The hotel was under renovation but was very well kept and clean. We were disappointed to hear that the pool heater was out but happy with the size of the room for our family and the customer service.
Room was hot. Desk person came up but said there was really nothing she could do about it. Pool was cold and infested with spiders so couldn’t be used. Sunday morning breakfast person had breakfast closed down before stated ending time.

We were disappointed that we reserved this hotel because it was advertised online that they have a heated indoor pool, yet when we arrived we were told that the pool room was very cold and the water was like ice. We told the clerk that online it said it was heated and she replied that they have been trying to get Choice hotels and third party booking companies to remove the phrasing “heated pool” but have had no luck. We stayed because it was past the refund window, but ended up having to take our kids to a local urban air so they would have something fun to do (since we had hyped them up with swimming). We live in the same town as this hotel but just wanted something fun for the kids to do that felt like a mini-vacation. Pretty bummed with the overall experience.

Not having another hotel to go to an everything do to this one being booked, an what we had planned financially we weren't able to just cancel an go to another one. We travled out of state to here so being tired influenced us to try it anyhow. We were there visiting family and than also to visit my grandparents at the cemetery. We didnt buy xmas this year because we saved for this trip
the pool an the nearby movie theatre. Urban Air was plans for our children to make up for xmasThe whole reason we reserved the hotel is so our kids could swim indoor while there for the weekend. But upon our arrival was informed it was cold an no heater. Boys seemed likebthey couldbhandle the cold. Even tried to still swim. But after jumping in they immediately got out. They thought it would be cold but not that cold. They were bored. An that was sad. The lamp shades in the room were busted. The blanket at the top was ripped open so we spun it around. There were holes all in the bottom of the curtain. The alarm deal flashed. The water when you turn on flows brown at first. Breakfast gets crowded an there wasnt enough food put out for all pr it wasnt kept eye on very well when low. Ive never cancled hotels so didnt even know how to. But if i could have i would have. Spent as much money an should have just went to the Best Western in Loanoke or somewhere. In the end i did manage to get some sleep. But over all my family didnt have a pleasant stay. Maybe ill try the hotel again after repairs are

We do thank you for your stay and we also apologize for not meeting up to your expectations. We are currently under renovations. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the smoke alarm, we have asked the installers, and they have said the blinking lets us know that it's working. If no longer blinks then batteries need to be changed.
Clean, friendly, comfy. The pool wasn’t working and were not told about it when checking in. Ended up leaving since that was one reason for staying

Light on fire alarm strobed every 5 seconds sending out stream of light …couldn’t sleep! Sofa & chair need to be trashed cushions flat & appeared dirty. Carpet had large burn. Window treatments had holes. Carpet in Hallway in need of repair. Ladies at front desk not at all friendly! Young man who checked Us in very friendly & polite. Bed comfortable. Won’t be staying there on future trips

Room faced on I-40. The road noise was loud all night. Hard to sleep. There were many rooms available across the hall away from the highway. I have no idea why I was given a terrible room?

Unfortunately we can't move the interstate, with you on the interstate side, I'm guessing you booked a double queen suite, which our queen suites are on the highway side. The single Kings are on the opposite side. I do apologize that you did not get a good night sleep.

Staff was very friendly.
Was upset because when booking i asked if the indoor pool was open. And yes it was, but it was freezing.
Not able to turn the heat on because causes condensation on windows and has caused the ceiling to collapse three times. They plan on making it an outdoor pool only.
Breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable.

We do apologize for the miscommunication on the pool. They are getting a new heater, and it will be put on soon as the new one arrives.
Sick children in the employee only food prep area; bug bites after sleeping in the bed—itchy weekend. Left before reservation early to find a hotel without cleanliness issues.
This has to be the worst hotel experience that I have ever had, and I have traveled extensively over the years for both business and pleasure. There was almost nothing positive to report.
1. It took several times to find key cards that would actually open the door.
2. When we got in the room, it must have been 85 degrees when the thermostat showed 68. The only way to control the temperature was to turn it off.
3. My wife started to take a shower and water sprayed all over the bathroom. The shower head was loose where it connected to the incoming water. I was able to tighten it up a little to help the situation.
4. This stay was during the World Series and I planned to watch the game which was on FOX broadcast network. That channel was not even available on their television.
5. The next morning I went down for coffee. There were two pots in the breakfast area. One of them was empty and the other was cold. The attendant was sitting in the adjoining room playing with her phone instead of keeping everything in order.

A good value
The room was clean but could have used some minor maintenance (cracked lamp shade on the desk, a few small holes in the blackout curtains). We were on the interstate side of the hotel, and the road noise was very noticeable at night. But that's not unexpected in this location. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Decent hotel with convenient location. Disappointed it's a smoke free hotel, but the hallway reeked of marijuana several times. Hotel was quiet and ev chargers worked well.

The toilet didn't flushed. When we informed the front desk about it, all they did was leave a plumger in my room for me to plunge the toilet.
In addition, their breakfast is the same everyday, dried scrambled eggs, sausage links, a few slices of dried bread and waffles. Yuk!
