We were told that unfortunately they didn't have any left, but they could upgrade us to a mini suite. "Lovely hotel, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Online checkin/out was ideal. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm (matched the weather) but a welcome fan kept the air moving. Tried to call to say we were going to be later than planned- couldn’t get a response (not good). Corridor area was very congested as there were bible/book stalls, I don’t mind the stalls but just put them where it doesn’t restrict flow of guests"

"I was attending an event in the city centre so the Gresham Aparthotel was ideally located. Being in the annex it was a bit of a labyrinth finding my way to the room, but I did manage to get back to it after my night out. Although there was still noise in the streets when I got back, I heard nothing in my room, which was clean and well-equipped. I was there for little over 12 hours but would definitely recommend this place for a short break in the city. Although there's no parking, being there...
