“Wonderful experience!”
We only stayed overnight but the experience was perfect! The room was simple but not too small. We had everything we needed, and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was a nice touch and was pretty good too!
“Great CMH hotel”
Need a place to stay near the Columbus airport. Your best bet it a short drive off premises to nearby Gahanna. This place has everything you need, and it's walkable to numerous services you won't find at the airport.

The staff was extremely warm and friendly. The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious and very well stocked. I would happy to stay at this hotel again.

I would stay at this hotel again simply because of the friendly service and support given to my friends and I by David and Darryl the front desk clerks! The room was large and comfy and also a great price.

A good hotel with above standard service and good location. Near a shopping center with large grocery store, restaurant within walking distance (in case you miss the hotels' free breakfast) and easy access to freeways and main streets into the eastside or downtown. The staff were excellent, very accommodating throughout our 4 night stay. Although we arrived early at 11:30am vs the 3pm usual check-in time, we were immediately given a clean non-smoking room. ( rooms have small fridge.) I had a cold and usually slept late, but housekeeping staff respected our privacy notice and asked if we needed anything when we did leave the room. There is computer access in each room, but the desk staff opened the public computer room at 2am so we could use their printer to print out our boarding passes. The only negatives: An extremely heavy smell of air freshener (to mask cigarette smoke?) that was pretty unbearable in our hallway and an out-of-order soda/water machine. It was fixed the next day. Although lobby and desk areas are unimpressive and seemed smaller than a usual, we soon found that did not detract from the quality of our stay.

The breakfast was quite nice. The room was clean and the service was nice.

Decent staff and location to Columbus, OH attractions. Longer breakfast hours on weekends would be nicer..9:30 end time is early.
