“A pleasant hotel”

The hotel room was very comfortable and very clean. All staff we dealt with - at registration and valet parking - were pleasant and helpful. The one suggestion is that the valet parking should not also be handling luggage hold at peak times. We had a conference end and the wait in line for cars and baggage (the same line) was not well-managed. If luggage could have been managed separately, a lot of people who were getting on a bus could have got their bags and cleared out more quickly. The other thing is that this is handled outside the front of the hotel, so it was very cold to stand in the line for 45 mintues. Management did step in to help and extra staff pitched in, but the process was the problem. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel.

“Great Hotel but it could use a nicer pool”

This hotel was a great location, very clean and wonderful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are going there for the pool. If you are going for the pool to will probably be disappointed as it is very small, the room itself is very small as well and there is an awful echo in the room. Also, I do not believe it is well maintained and could use some better paint. So as long as you are ok with a so-so pool book your hotel stay here.

“Arena District BEST choice hotel!!!!”

This hotel is THE best choice to stay downtown!!!!!! Close to everything!!! Great location for all the fun activities downtown! The entire staff is eager to help in any way! LOVED the visit!

“Super location to Nationwide Arena”

Stayed here on October 30th for a Pittsburgh Penguins-Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk down the road! Has very nice bar/lounge area in hotel, and a Max & Erma's is located right next door! Very clean, staff was very nice, and got a nice price for a friday night. Valet parking was $21, but I guess that isn't too bad in a major downtown city. Got to go to the arena district around the arena. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A very nice hotel!
