"I booked this particular hotel because it had an outdoor pool and it was close to Fort Jackson. Upon arriving, we found out the pool wasn't operating, yet I didn't see anyone working on it. I arrived on Tuesday, leaving Friday morning. I was there for my daughter's graduation from Fort Jackson boot camp. I learned Thursday afternoon that it was open. It was a little suspicious that once the hotel wasn't booked solid and alot of the guests had left Thursday that it was ok to use the pool. Very disappointing."

"Check-in was easy, but I wasn't aware of the additional $15 parking fee prior to arriving, not a huge deal but just unexpected. Once I got into the room, I proceeded to take a shower, but when I turned on the water the floor of the shower began to turn orange, which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly. I could deal with that, I'll just wash up at the sink because at this point it had been a long day, but then I hear full fledged construction going on in the room next to me, hammering, etc. I called the front desk and they were aware of the repair but unsure of how long it would take. At this point it's almost 9pm. They did relocate me to another room, so it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"Clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff great location. The only thing was felt the pool water was very cloudy and extremely hot in the room."

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, The only thing was that he announced my room number with male guests behind me. I was traveling alone so it took me back a little. Usually, the front desk person will just said your room number is on your card."

"Nice an clean no problems their at all I dont like that they dont put clean towels daily or rooms are not serviced daily I can understand if staying over u dont change bedding daily we dont do that at hime but u should still check as our room was out of soap conditioner (we bring our own but still something to b checked ) as well coffee first day so had to request towels and coffee both mornings this to should be filled daily"
