When we arrived my booked room was given away, then when we got out room the door didn’t lock from the outside, staff complained about recent turnover and reason for disorganization, and after checkout they over charged my card

Back side by train should be 45$ a night 14 trains first night then more the next overall I can't complain due to the other hotels were charging unaffordable rates if you want people to come prep staff on local places events restaurants low middle high mm ore assertive from people out of state they have to read and research everything make them come back to your hotel with good service all around. Add security walk around

Our room was neat and pretty clean. There aren't enough outlets to plug in phone chargers, the house phone wasn’t connected, there was an alarm clock that didn’t work, the tv in the room didn’t work, the toilet took a lot of effort to flush. On the plus side, water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was good.

Booked two rooms, half the lighting in on room didn’t work. Both showers had low pressure, went from hot to cold continuously. One room had a water leak somewhere when you stepped on the bathroom floor water came up through the flooring. The door was so warped that it couldn’t seal and you could see out through the crack. Staff was rude, refused a refund so we could go somewhere else. Continental breakfast was cereal or waffles, no other options, no milk was available for the cereal.

We booked this hotel for the pool. It wasnt told to us until after we arrive that the hotel pool didnt open, the room appears clean until i went to plug in my phone charger. And discovered the lamp had an short and wouldnt work. The vanity light didnt work.

The room wasnt clean at all, the soaps they provide were open and used, the bed was stained and looked like it had been slept in. The area around the hotel looked terrible and unsafe. Just overall the worst hotel experience. We checked out immediatly and had to find a different hotel. Only plus was the lady working at the desk was very nice.

My room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Which it said that my room was a no smoking room. There was used towels and the bed cover had someone dirty foot prints in my NEW CLEAN ROOM. The pool been close and it didn’t look like it was open for sometime.
