"Perfect! It was the last night of Coachella and very busy. Still able to find (free) on-site parking near our room. Very spacious room! Clean, well appointed, newer fixtures, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and great water pressure with adjustable shower head. Room was quiet even though we were on the ground floor somewhat near the dining area. 24 hour complementary coffee. Free breakfast included eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, bagels/toast, fruit, and a variety of juices, coffee and tea....

The only thing we dislike is that the master room did not have a lock, so we were not able to lock the door, which was a really bad situation since we could not have our privicy, depriving us from have our intimacy with peace of mind. "We appreciate the communication with the host. She extended many kind gestures- early check in and waived the pet fee. Unfortunately the house was not clean- there was dust everywhere, and many items did not work. Hopefully this will help for future stays."

"I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. "I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!"

" I hesitate to write this review as I want to keep Rancho 51 the best kept secret in all of Indio! When I say I was in a desert oasis, I mean it. They have options from camping to glamping and everyone has access to the awesome and much needed pool area, make up artists, masseuse, and a little something extra wink wink. They kept us hydrated with unlimited complimentary electrolyte water and liquid IV. With the simple dial of a phone call, a Cadillac Escalade arrives to pick you up and drop you off at the festival. Entering the Rancho 51 compound felt like entering through the gates of Jurassic Park, once you’re in it’s a new world, and it’s safe with security 24/7. I never had to worry about leaving my car unlocked or leaving belongings in my tent. I will admit my car battery died while I was there and the owner himself gave me a jump! Every day I woke up at my leisure and rolled myself over to the pool to relax, hydrate, swim, and groove to the live DJ. Then it was off to the clean showers and bathrooms and full-length mirrors to get the fit just right. Elevate your look with the glam team who is ready to receive you all morning and afternoon! Hungry? There is always a truck to feed you (for very reasonable purchase). The taco truck was a lifesaver after a full day at the festival and the raspado truck gave me life on those hot desert afternoons. By the end of the weekend, you will have a new little family of owners, staff, and campers. You MUST experience Rancho 51! "
