"We stay here at least once a year, when we travel to Massachusetts from Kentucky. Overall, it’s a great experience. Hotel is conveniently located off the highway. Plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub did not have the jets working on our last trip, but it didn’t affect being able to use them. We had a minor issue with our booking, as we had changed our dates to be one day earlier, and even though we had changed it through Expedia, they apparently didn’t notify the property. Thankfully this was easily resolved by the very helpful front desk staff. The breakfast isn’t great, but it’s free, so I can’t complain too much. Parking is well lit, and plentiful."
