"The air-conditioning did not work properly in our room. We could not get it under 74° for our entire three days. Thankfully, we brought a fan and were able to blow that directly on us in order to sleep. We were in one of the accommodation rooms and they swapped us to a different accommodation room. Neither of them had proper air-conditioning. However, other hotel guests informed me that their rooms were freezing. I am unsure as to why ours did not work. Although they were unable to fix the issue, the staff were all very kind. The swimming pool was empty at all times, so that was pretty cool."
