The Bella vista had everything you could want for a stay in Christchurch. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room serviced daily. Ironing board and iron, fan for hot nights, microwave and fully stocked kitchenette. Was just a little tired in decor but we had a very comfortable stay and really had not one thing to complain about.

We had a small studio suite but it was convenient. It was a Friday and Saturday night so the traffic was pretty noisy til about 1 am. Beds were comfortable, wifi good, very clean. Could walk to downtown area.

I like Bella Visa hotels
Last night in New Zealand 5th Bella Visa hotels, this one was a lot smaller than the other hotels, but it was clean & tidy and the Lady on Reception was very helpful and booked us a taxi, which we thought was very kind

The staff at Bella Vista were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and in a good location just 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. I'd definitely recommend it, it was nice and quiet too.

Lovely place to stay in, unit was very tidy and clean, location is great being so close to town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when back in Christchurch.

Emma the manager is a delight. She was so welcoming and helpful and this place is clean, comfortable and well located. So relieved we chose this one, especially after seeing all the dodgy reviews of other places online. Would definitely go back.

Service with a smile.
A great spacious family unit and the service from the moment you arrive is very welcoming and friendly. Perfect for large families. Third room is small so best not for an adult but great for kids or teens. But a great stay! We will be back.

Good family accommodation
Clean and tidy family accommodation with all basic amenities.Close to city centre. Very friendly and cooperative reception staff. Traffic noise at night time was annoying. We stayed in a townhouse for 2 nights on our way to West coast.

Great apartment over 2 levels with full kitchen and good size lounge area. Very hsndy to city centre. Access to northern motorway next road over. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our 6 night stay.

Staff were nice an friendly. Room clean. TV disappointing- picture fuzzy an sound breaking up. Luke warm shower. Microwave only worked on defrost so too ages to make breakfast.

"FIRST IMPRESSIONS LASTS" Room was small and had to pay holding fee upon check in incase of damages. That was a first for me after having stayed at a couple of motels throughout last yr and this yr. Upon enquiry with receptionist, was told that all motels charged a holding fee. Stayed at a Bella Vista Motel last month and wasn't charged a holding fee.....hmmm. Was it the colour of my skin I don't know. Have stayed at other places for cheaper and more spacious rooms and without a holding fee. This was my experience and wud be didn't to others. Just a heads up for those that haven't stayed at Bella Vista Christchurch, there's a $100 holding fee upon checkin. Have reached home and still they have not deposited holding fee back into my acc. Quick to take but slow to give...

As explained on check in it is our company policy at Bella Vista Christchurch to take a pre authorisation of one nights accommodation as a guarantee for the room , we do this when accommodation has already been pre paid, in your instance this was the case. The facilities were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed daily too! Such a good place to stay in. Close to the town center too.

Great stay
Great place to stay for a family. Kids had their own rooms, only thing was no smart tv so couldnt connect to streaming services. Kitchen was great, everything you need and dishwasher. Lovely hosts

Great service
We attended a Tennis tournament. The Location was great. Close to shops but need a car to drive around. The Unit was clean but the dated. The Unit was spread over 3 floors so is not very convenient for family with young children. The service was amazing. The bed sheets were changed daily and the Unit was cleaned daily as well. The only grieve we had that the beds are very soft and not comfortable
