The rooms and bathrooms are too small. Not convenient when travelling with pets. No relief area for them, its all cement.

Todo estuvo excelente con excepción del check in se me hizo muy ineficiente tomando en cuenta que llegamos a la hora del check in y nos tuvieron esperando casi otra hora para entrar a la habitacion cuando ya estabamos cansados del viaje fue bastante tedioso. Pero asi como lo malo tambien lo bueno la habitacion la limpieza el desayuno el olor todo fue excelente volveria a quedarme siempre y cuando tengam a gente mas calificada en el front desk

Esperaba por el precio que el cuarto estuviera más confortable, pero no fue así. El cuarto está demasiado pequeño, el baño igual demasiado pequeño no tiene clóset y el baño no tiene privacidad. Las puertas son de vidrio y demasiado pequeño.

Aceptan mascotas pero no tienen un área verde para hacer sus necesidades. Ofrecen buen desayuno pero no se puede uno sentar a disfrutarlo porque todo el área estaba extremadamente frío (tuvimos que desayunar en nuestro cuarto) Me dio pena ver a la recepcionista trabajar con abrigo y guantes puestos en esas condiciones.

Everything was lovely - just disappointing that a large pet fee was charged yet there is no grass or gravel for the dogs to do their business nor bags provided if they managed to go on tile. Otherwise , everything is really lovely, modern and new. Comfy beds!

A very lovely stay
If you’re rolling through Chihuahua to the USA, may I suggest this pet friendly hotel right off the main highway. This old City Express got a nice facelift and renovation. Super clean and comfortable rooms with hardwood floors, soft sheets and good quality pillows. A full breakfast per person is included in your stay. The pet fee is $500 pesos (approx $25 usd). Special thanks to Jesus, the manager at the time of our check in, who was helpful with some dinner suggestions and border crossing routes.

Primera vez que nos quedamos aquí. El registro fue muy fácil y el agente que nos ayudó fue muy agradable. La habitación era bonita y estaba limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Elegimos no tener servicio de habitación todos los días. Le pedimos al servicio de limpieza algunos artículos adicionales y fueron muy amables y rápidos. La ubicación era genial, opciones de comida cerca. Recomendaría quedarse aquí. El desayuno que se sirve en la mañana también era bueno, con mucho para elegir. Sin duda me quedo aquí de nuevo en mi próximo viaje.

The room was modern and clean, and the breakfast was good. As for the downsides, we arrived after dark and the parking garage wasn't lit, so we couldn't find the elevator. Also, it would be preferred if the bathroom door was more discreet and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice.
