"We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed an alternative to a hotel. This was a nice alternative. It is an older well home in a quiet neighborhood. No bells and whistles. It’s not a place that I would recommend hosting or entertaining but for a small family as an alternative to a hotel it was fine. I would recommend that the owner provide their guest with a full size ironing board. I know it’s small but it’s a very inexpensive way to add one additional convenience."

"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage. Two things I would change. The toilet was thin and plastic. It moved around a lot. Kitchen was great. Utensil’s, plates, cups, glasses and cooking pans supplied. Great tv. We used our Netflix account. The Sofa Bed was okay to sit . Not sleep. Omg it hurt so bad. Honestly. I would throw it out. Mattress was thin and you could feel the metal underneath. There is no way anyone could sleep on it. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Reasonable charge. Need wine or small market items just a block away. We will most definitely rebook this place. Again, had a great stay!"
