Front desk lady is super nice! room is fine, better than expected. But it isn't really close to much, by a busy road. Doesn't feel safe or unsafe if that makes sense...no amenities.

The property needs to be closed down and renovated. Totally infested with Roaches, drug use on property no phones in rooms no coffee pots no iron and ironing boards no hangers, traffic and noise all night not allowed in the lobby area at all. It says studio and Suites it’s a lie it’s a Motel the Tub was stained I video the entire room horrible I booked a package deal on line through Expedia never had a problem but this facility needs to be removed of it’s site until totally renovation are done spoke with other guests who have been missed placed and they said they to have Roaches. The only good things was Mike the exterminator who had to spray the room the more he sprayed the more roaches came out, the microwave was horrible it was bubble up on the top and totally rusted on the bottom I complained they replaced it with a brand new one and it was not other vacancy near by so I was stuck for a week on Vacation. The view guess I did meet was very nice but also had complaints but no where to go. And every day someone was getting put out by security also my first night there couple was fighting and four cop cars were there I said some vacation but noisy. Charolette NC is a beautiful place to visit but would never recommend studio and suites 4 less to stay unless it’s totally renovated bug free and courteous staff and the bare necessities oh and thank God I always bring my own towels and wash clothes because you would not have wanted to use the ones that were provided.

let’s start off with my little girl was being catcalled by grown men… then a man tried to kidnap her within my first hour of staying here, luckily the cops caught them in action… chief Wilson and officers Micheal was a lifesaver, if they weren’t there then I would expect this entire place to be a crime show… then the first shift desk lady was rude the entire time, with an attitude of a 4 year old. The only sane person I talked to there was the third shift guy, who understood me and my daughters problems.. this place is a crazy show and I understand why it’s getting shut down

I was told not to smoke in the room, Twice when I checked in but all I could smell on the 3rd floor was pot being smoked. It was quiet there. Also their was no free breakfast as advertised.

Lousy dirty property
The property is run down and the room isn’t clean properly . I found other ppl hair in the tub and sink plus the large towel was soiled and smelled like cigarette smoke. The window didn’t closed completely. The lady at the lobby was very nice and polite I have to say. But I’ll never stay in this property again, on night was more than enough

When we drove up people were drinking, smoking, playing loud gangster music and hanging outside, staring like they were committing crime or up to no good. Entered, saw the bars on everything, one lady was passed out or pretending to be asleep; she later asked if she could spend the night with me. Was asked by the clerk to initial 3 times to smoke in the room, pay for cleaning and something else (nonsmoker). Parked my car and had people walking around it by the time I looked out the window; Sleepless night watching the car. No receipt was offered, when requested, was told I would receive it at check out. At check the clerk said they would send by email, never received/sent. Hallways smelled like marijuana, burnt plastic and urine. I cannot believe anyone rated this place a four. very disappointed.
