The staff were very friendly and helpful. You could see housekeeping working and they try hard to keep the place clean, however, the guests are disgusting, leaving trash everywhere in the halls-and not neatly. The entire building smells of dog urine and there were roaches in the room.

We stayed here for a night after flying in late and just needing a cheap place to sleep a few hours. It worked well for that. It was close to the airport and a good value. The bed was comfy. The rest of the room was a little worn around the edges but we didn’t mind given the price.

We were not told there is a fee per night to park. There were kids partying and being loud until 4am, nothing was done. Went down for breakfast 30 minutes before it was supposed to end and was told they would not be restocking the food because it was “too expensive” to put out more, even though 10-12 people were asking for food that had been out for a while. Staff were rude. Will not be back.

I had used this chain in the past and was happy with the room space and amenities so I was disappointed things didn't go better. The day I checked in it was after work that I commute to 3 hrs away from my home. I got into the room and found I had no pots to cook in? Okay. Then kept finding long black hair everywhere, the people upstairs were running a marathon all night and I get up at 5,the kitchen faucet came of in my hand, toilet seat fell off, the garbage disposal was sending things back out because there was no rubber in the sink just blades, and the last night there was literally water coming thru the lamp hanging from the kitchen ceiling and was told since it was my last night they would address it the next day. Ugh. I have to get a room every week for three nights for the immediate future and was hoping this place would help especially because I can have my dog there but now I have to look elsewhere. I was really shocked that I went this way.

For the two-night stay, the property was doable. The staff provided good customer service and I loved the space that the 2br/2ba unit provided. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped. The room definitely could use a deep cleaning. I wiped down all surfaces upon arrival, but had to scrub spots on the headboard and tables throughout. I did not come prepared to clean such a large space, as that is not part of my normal travel routine. The fixture encasing the bed in the master room was very stained, but in the other room, it was clean. Thus, I think its a lack of attention to all areas or just overlooked. There were some traces of pet hair on the side of the tub. I would not stay at this location again unless the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. Again, the size of the unit was perfect to allow guests space to spread out in other areas. Just be on notice that you may need to bring your go-to cleaning supplies and be prepared to work your first 1-2 hours upon arrival, unless you have others helping you, but cleaning will likely be needed before you settle in.

When we arrived at the property we were informed that pool was not available. When I inquired regarding a water filling station (bottled water or something like that.), I was informed there wasn't one and that there was no water in the workout area where they usually have some. I then asked, about a couple of complimentary waters and was told no. The staff in the Breakfast was very good and helpful. Having said that, one morning the Pancake maker was not working. When we asked for a different flavor of Oatmeal they didn't have any. On the last day when I went down for Breakfast at 8:57 AM the doors were closed. When i inquired why it was closed. I was told, "Sometimes when they run out of food they close." When I requested if I could just get a small amount of food. I was told "it's closed." It's bad enough to only have Breakfast 7AM-9 AM. Then, they close it early??

The room was very clean love that it was spacious and that you could bring your furry pet but was upset as I was cooking in the room a roach came out from under the dishwasher and the patio furniture outside was really dirty

Front desk staff do the best they can, they’re polite and try to help. However there’s a lot of noise including violent interactions in nearby rooms which wake me. Cigarillo tips and insides strewn about stairwells and someone constantly smoking near the doors. Charged $5/night for parking and came back to find no parking available. Asked for a trash can for my room for four days and never got one. Asked for my safe to be unlocked and it never was. Biggest problem here is that it’s unsafe, 2nd is the bad smells and amount of trash both small and giant trash bacgs strewn about. Will not be returning.

We did not like that a vagrant was hanging around and he asked my granddaughter for a lighter. Also, he was sitting in the stairwell for some time.
