Staff was great - very personable and willing to help with anything. It was a great inexpensive place to stay while in town for a conference. The room was clean. With the included wireless internet and continental breakfast, this place is a bargain.

The room was just as it was described. They had been remodeled so they were neat and clean. The beds were firm and there were extra pillows. I didn't expect much, since we got our room for such a low price. It's very close to the airport and only 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. There's a great pancake house on the corner and gas stations near by. The continental breakfast was OK. They didn't have any fruit or yogurt, but everything else was fine. Again, how could anyone excpect more than this. I was traveling for business, so it didn't matter to me that we didn't have a view or any fancy accomodations.

EVERYTHING WENT EXTREMELY WELL WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL. THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND OUR SERVICES WERE PROMPT. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL AND HOW CONVENIENT IT IS TO EVERYTHING. EVERY TIME WE EXPECT TO COME BACK TO CHARLOTTE, WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THE MICROTEL INN/CHARLOTTE AIRPORT.

My husband and I had experienced such a good time while staying here. I was celebrating my birthday weekend and chose this hotel because of the convience of the location as well as the prices. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. Cant wait to come back again soon!

We were not interested in the surroundings as we arrived late and left for the airport early the next day. This hotel provided all we needed, including an adequate breakfast, at a very good price.
