"4th floor no elevator. No AC. Was very hot and I asked for windows fan. Never heard from the owner. Tiny outdated room. Booked 11 nights but only stayed one. Had to pay a lot of money to find another place to stay. Asked for the refund but never heard from the owner. Stay away from this property!"

"I would not stay there again or recommend here is why.. Pros Great staff, delicious food from restaurant and swimming club is enjoyable Cons Shuttle do not run from 11.30 until 5.30 pm, if you don’t have an appointment from previous day you have to wait 2+ hours or take uber $15 euros to airport and they have other vans on their parking lot but only 1 running. Poor breakfast no fresh coffee or juice, they offer coffee and juice machines. No shampoo or conditioner available or at their mini market to buy so if you need that you have to go to airport. No cover sheet for your bed only bedcover."

"A very good stay overall. The room was large, had a great view and was very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gym is very good, has a decent number of equipment pieces and dumbbells up to 30 Kg, and, being on the 38th floor, amazing views. The breakfast buffet was consistent day to day but very comprehensive and solid quality. Access is also handy, with two metro lines and the RER close by, and a bus route to CDG."
