Hotel de Roubaix

"This is a very nice little hotel typical of Paris. It has a nice central location with a handy Monoprix just round the corner beside the Metro station. We were there in the extreme heat in June and the air con was great at keeping the room cool. The hotel has a lift but it is very small - 2 person but the key is it does gave one. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and we have been coming to Paris for over 30 hrs."

"Location was great apartment had all the necessary things you’d need … very very small apartment & the ac unit didn’t work very well at all … they came to fix it … but it broke again … & for how small it is & on the top floor with no lift & the ac didn’t work … was kinda difficult to sleep at night because of the heat … but it is a great spot location wise & if you are only sleeping there it is perfect. Can’t really cook or make food … way too small of a spot … good for single person or a couple … definitely no more"
