“Finest Hotel in the Philippines .... A++”
Over the years my wife and I have stayed at many fine and not so fine hotels across the Philippines. Radisson Blu in Cebu is truly Magnificent. The moment you walk into the grand entrance hall you know your are in for a treat. The rooms a spacious, very modern, and clean. Free wifi for those who cannot bear to be off-line and even an ATM machine near the elevators. The gardens are beautiful and swimming pool wonderful as well. The SM mall is only 50 meters away to satisfy your shopping cravings. The staff are very professional, attententive and helpful. The price is very reasonable considering that you are being given 5 star treatment. We will be back!
“Finest hotel in Cebu City and the Philippines!”
I've traveled to the Philippines almost 4 dozen times, visited all of the major cities, gone sightseeing at all the usual places, but the newly reopened Radisson Blu hotel is FANTASTIC. The breakfast buffet is the best in the Philippines. The decor is great, but admittedly the in-room couch is kind of short for Americans. The pool is very nice. Service is fantastic in all restaurants and bar areas. Then there's the location. Being adjacent to SM Cebu City Mall is great! Movies, karaoke boxes, grocery store, entertainment, restaurants and so much more abound at this mall. I've stayed at this hotel 2 times now. The 1st time I had a few complaints and the hotel manager took care of these items so that my 2nd visit was flawless. I plan to return to this same hotel time and again. Maybe 4 or 5 more times this year.
“One of the best in Asia”
What a fantastic hotel, the service and staff were outstanding and so friendly! Enjoyed the modern decor and spacious rooms. Very handy to the SM Mall next door with great shopping! One of the best Hotels in Asia I have stayed in and definitely the best in the Philippines. Only negative was the breakfast buffet should have a better selection of European food as it was limited.
“great location”
I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure or bus. Only a 2 minute walk to the mall. It is a verry large mall. There is security everywhere at the mall from the time you enter through metal detectors. I had the breakfast buffett every morning, since it was included in expedia rate Buffett was good. The dinner buffett was much better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of security at the hotel, both inside and out. On the morning of checkout, i checked with staff at the bus. center for flight information and found out that one of my return flights had been cancelled. I had that problem coming in to philippines. I learned that the some of the ground workers were on strike. But the staff at the hotel made arrangements with the airline for another flight. So everything went well. Thanks to the hotel staff. The next time i go to cebu, i will stay there again.

Excellent breakfast at Feria. I wish they'll have that hotel rate with complimentary breakfast. Gym is quite and clean.
“5 Star hotel in my book”
I stayed here when I was on vacation (12 nights). I loved the fact that it was close to the SM City Mall which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Once I arrived and seen the beauty of the outside and then walked in to see the beauty of the lobby I was glad I chose this hotel. The rooms were great the staff very friendly and happy to accomidate with what ever I needed. The food was good but a little pricey but with the mall being right next to it made it easy to dine elsewere. I will definetly stay here again.

“A Great Base for Exploring Cebu and Bohol”
We stayed at Radisson Blu Cebu for 4 nights in April 2012, including Holy Thursday and Good Friday. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by the grand foyer. The smiles from the staff come very easy, particularly the wait staff at the restaurant and the bar. It's a great hotel to be stuck in during Easter weekend when all the malls and restaurants are closed. During the day, we lazed around the pool and sipped cocktails (excellent pina coladas but skip the long island iced tea if you are not into strong cocktails like me#. Pre-dinner, we enjoyed listening to the string quartet #most days# and jazz band #on Fridays#. The restaurant serves buffet but you can also order from ala carte menu. You can also have your food served at the foyer if you prefer to sit on the oversized sofas whilst eating your dinner. We went on a tour of the historical sites in Cebu (Freedom Shrine where Lapu-Lapu slew Magellan, Mactan Shrine, Fort San Pedro, Magellan's Cross and Basilica de Sto Nino) using the hotel taxi. We definitely recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Cebu and neighboring islands. We will be staying here again next year when we visit Macau, Singapore and Kota Kinabalu.
“Nice Hotel”
Had agreat to time in Cebu and at Radisson. Kids loved the pool. It's close proximity to SM Mall makes this an ideal place to stay on vaca. Spacious hotel room but cheap looking decor if you would compare this to say, Cebu Marriott. Warm and welcoming staff. My only disappointment was when we asked to have ice delivered to our room, it never came.

Normally I would never rate any hotel this high because theres always room for improvement. Theres nothing I could say bad about this hotel. I will share this 1 thing with you. I'm coming in on a late flight but my fiancee was going to be there upon check in time. I called and ask if she could check in when she got there and I will finish all the paper work when I came in later. They just needed her name and they said yes. I made sure she had a hard copy of the itinerary to be on the safe side. But this has never happen for me anywhere til now and I'm not new to traveling. The staff show us alot of love. Its like they was going out of their way just for us.
