“Dated hotel.”
We stayed in this hotel on our last day in Croatia, as it was close to Dubrovnik Airport and we had an early flight the next morning. There is no public transport to the hotel and so own transport or a taxi is needed. It cost 100kn to the airport which was only a few miles/10mins away. Upon arrival going to our room, the corridors resembled that of an 80's hospital! There were even cots outside our room! The room was a reasonable size, we had a balcony with an obstructed view on the sea. However, the carpet in our room had stains. The beds were twins with old blanket covers. The bathroom was clean and large, but the shower cubicle had some mould in areas. The TV in the room was small. There was free wifi for 2hrs, but we could not access it in our room and had to go to the reception area! Also, the walls were thin, as we could hear the people in the next room. It took around 20 mins to walk to Cavtat centre along the winding beach road. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good choice, but quality of coffee & juices were poor.
“Not great”
Room smelled and felt dirty - walls not clean. Shower was terrible. Barely a three star hotel. Internet service not very reliable. Wanted security deposit for 2nd room key.
