"Great place to stay! Marco at the front desk was especially helpful, in answering our questions, helping us arrange for an early morning transfer to the airport, and even ensuring we had a small breakfast to go!"

"They first put us in a tiny room that seemed like it was randomly added under the staircase. It was super loud, and they told us there were no other rooms available, but then we went back and complained and were given a proper room, and said that was the only one available. However, even that room - wasn't very clean, and there were lots of spiders and mosquitoes. Some were dead and stuck on the walls and in the shower that weren't cleaned up, and the others were flying around. Everything looked much older and dated compared to what was in the photos. We stuck it out because there was nothing else available, but it was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay overall."

"Good location to walk everywhere. Struggled with finding it initially. Staff was helpful and hotel was clean. We didn't have an air conditioning remote at first, but staff came with one within 30 minutes. Elevator is very small and ended up having to carry luggage up stairs. Definitely request room preferences if you don't want to carry luggage up stairs."

"The room was fine. The room was a little hot, but we are used to having the air conditioning set low. It would only go so low. The really only issue we had was at check in. We got there after the staff’s hours and had no way to get into our room. We also did not have cell service. Thank goodness for strangers. Two young men called the hotel and spoke with the staff, as her English was not good and our Italian was even worse. She had put the keys in a safe that was behind a closed door. Once we found it and used the code she gave us, then our stay was good. We will never travel out of the country again without having cell service. We don’t require daily room service, so we never used it during our stay, so I can’t comment on it. It was located in a convenient place. It’s Venice, so you will get lost at some point or another."

"This was our first stop on our first trip to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel was easily accessible yet tucked away perfectly. It was clean, well maintained, and our room was plenty large enough for our family of four. The staff went above and beyond to provide suggestions, assistance, and any service we could need. It was a perfect stay!"
