Alicia was absolutely helpful and friendly. The room was upgraded with some cute amenities. Even though the property is close to a freeway, it
is very soundproofed. The water pressure and temperqtire were great. Will definitely stay again.

I'm sorry the room and bed were uncomfortable for you. Perhaps you could stay at our sister property next time you are in town. We now have a Studio 6 property in Carpinteria with more amenities.

I was able to secure a room over the pool which was quieter than facing the freeway. My room as clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t have a problem.

I was going to give this motel a poor rating, because of noise issues. The management stepped in and resolved the issue which made me very happy. Because of the way the manager handled this professionally, they got my respect.

The rooms were not ready until 5:00 pm. We had reserved an ADA room and a room next to the ADA room. Our room ended up being on the other side of the building. The room was very minimalist and very noisy. We could hear people talking and coming and going all night long. The staff was friendly but we will never stay here again.

The room was nice, clean, small. The building, parking, pool was safe and clean. Good for dogs. The highway is super noisy so get a rearward room. Nothing is close enough to walk to. Carpeneteria downtown is a mile and it’s fine.

It's just a common Motel arrangement n ambience nothing really spectacular. It's just affordable.

the check in lady was very nice
However, I do not understand why I had to present all IDs of all the guests. I have never ever been asked for all the guests' IDs anywhere else.
Anywhere I had been to, the only one's ID was required was for the person who booked and checked in.
The beds and the lamp needed maintainence. The shower was very hard to keep the water in.

Male staff upon arrive was rude. Pretty sure there was prostitution happening in a few rooms. Tried to complain and nothing. Was woken up to the sound of cops out side and the gardener at 7 am

The room is clean. The mattress was not comfortable. I was put on the third floor when I asked for a ground floor room. I was put on the freeway side and got very little sleep because of that. I will not be staying here again.
