"While our room was clean and housekeeping was accommodating, the overall experience fell well below expectations.
Upon arrival, there was no valet or luggage assistance available. When we asked about help with our bags, we were simply told to “find”luggage carts and transport them ourselves. The interaction felt dismissive and set the tone for our stay.
We arrived before the 4:00 PM check-in time and were told to wait in the lobby for a text notification when our room was ready. We never received the promised text. At 4:00 PM, our room was still unavailable, and staff could not provide an update. Although the front desk agent was courteous and provided drink tickets, we did not receive our room until approximately 4:20–4:30 PM.
When our room became available, we were only given room keys and a parking pass. No information was provided about amenities, parking fees, resort fees, or other important details. The lack of communication continued at checkout, where no mention was made of any additional charges or fees."
