"This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future."

"The location was perfect, especially when you have grandkids that wake up at 7am asking to go to the beach, it was easy being only steps away. The first floor ceiling is low with a beam that runs across making it hard on tall people and the stairway to the second floor is tricky but overall the place was great!"

"I come to Capitola often and this was my first stay here The apartment is so cozy and tucked away a couple blocks off the main streets so relatively quiet. The small kitchenette was well appointed for a short stay and had all the essentials. Foot traffic in the upstairs unit is quite loud (primarily due to hardwood floors) but I was otherwise to have respectful neighbors in regards to additional noise. Overall a very cute comfortable place to stay for an adult weekend getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place very much. Great breakfast bar! The hotel is comfortable and attractive. A walk to the beach is utterly doable, boardwalk is maybe six or seven blocks away. Would definitely stay here again. Hyatt Place is located in an older downtown neighborhood, Not great, but definitely not scary! "
