"This motel is in need of serious up grade. It definitely shows its age. The included breakfast was very limited. It consisted of Choice of 2 cereals, no bowls however, white bread for toast, some small one bite muffins, orange juice, milk and coffee plus waffle maker with syrup. None of which I can eat. Property is noisy, I am glad it wasn't full. "

"This is a property next to a home, but it’s away from the home. I personally liked the physical location. The apartment-it’s like an apartment attached to a garage-was outside of Cortez and looked out into a ravine. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. A great experience overall."

"On the surface it would appear rustic, but that is not the case. The comforts included with this Tipi are wonderful. This is glamping at its best with the full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the dark night sky. Gary and Rachel provided pellets for the wood stove which was necessary for the chilly nights. Gary also responded to any question I had within minutes. Great trip!"

"This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. No pretentions, just what we expected for a cottage on the reservoir in the country. We had everything we needed to make lovely meals.
