"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Jimmy was great. So helpful. Property is looking well loved. Biggest complaint there were no vending machines available after 1030. We got back at 11 from a concert and we couldn't get a ice cold pop. Free waternin the room was a bonus. "
