"Great hotel, great location, great friendly staff"

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

"처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다"

"Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. "First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. Moreover, the housekeeper took my house (back home) key card by accident. Mine is all white, he/she could be confused as the master key but that is not acceptable. "The apartment is at great location; i.e. cross the road to beach, walking distance to Vincom shopping centre and night market. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out process. The apartment and its furnitures are clean enough, and they do daily house keeping which is a + mark of this business. Only problem is parking, If you ride a bike/car the parking staffs try not to sell you daily parking ticket, but the one-time hop in and out parking ticket."

"호불호 후기가 있는 관계로 어떤가 했는데 상당히 만족스러웠다. 유일한 단점이 근처 식당이나 상점이 없다는거 하나였고 이는 시간이 지나면 해결되리라보지만 상가가 채워지려면 상당한 시간이 필요하리라 보인다. 끝에 위치한 스파옆 쌀국수집에서 포와 망고쉐이크로 저녁을 대신했다. 비가 많이와 풀에 사람이 없었는데 시설이 꽤 괜찮았다. 풀의 수질은 밤에 봐서 모르겠으나 수질개선을 요하는 언급이 좀 있는듯하다. 직원들도 친절했었고 시설도 괜찮았고 주변 산책하기도 좋았고 씨뷰와 파도소리도 좋았다. 참고로, 한국귀경용 0.5박이었고 그랩을 통하면 8.8만동(공항톨비1.5만동포함) 소요됨. 0.5박 이외에 단기 휴양용으로도 가족용으로도 괜찮은 곳인듯 싶다.
