“An attractive hotel, great for families at a very reasonable price. We will return.”
Our flight arrived late and in the very early hours of the morning. The hotel desk is manned 24 hours and we had avery cordial reception. They realised our flight was late and allowed us to check out late at midday at no extra cost. We still managed to get breakfast which was included in the price and it was very pleasant. This hotel was a stopover before driving to Port Douglas but it is well located, very reasonably priced and it was beautiful family accommodation for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. There were 2 large rooms with eating and cooking facilities, comfortable beds, 2 tvs and quiet. If we were to travel to Cairns again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is alsoa very attractive looking complex, with friendly staff. It as a smallish pool but this would have served our family quite nicely. It was a pleasure to stay at a reasonably priced hotel that was of good quality, as when you have a family accommodation costs mount up, and so the tariff does come into consideration. Well done.

This was a pretty good stay. We did not want to pay for one of the most expensive hotels so we did not get one of the most expensive hotels. It was a good stay for the money with a nice pool and nice amenities
“Good location, fresh smelling rooms in Cairns”
Friendly staff, very clean, tidy hotel and in good position. Short walk into city centre. Having stayed in Cairns before and always experiencing in the past musty smelling rooms due to Cairns' high humidity, it was an absolute delight to find a lovely fresh smelling room. Good selection at breakfast and the "breakfast box" provided when we had to check out very early was fantastic. Coffee available all day in the lounge area. On the downside the air conditioners/generators and bathroom exhaust fans were sooooo noisy - and that was coming from the room next door.

Hotel lacks a bit of TLC & has reached the stage for a refurbishment , but a great location . Dining room menu was very limited ,but not far to plenty of alternatives,breakfast ok.
“Ordinary”
As per what I wrote earlier about the buffet breakfast - very confusing. Also when we first arrived the concierge informed us that we hadn't yet paid until I pointed out that it was through Expedia and I had the paperwork to prove it. Otherwise it was fine.
“brekky bandit”
The rooms were less than the pictures depicted on general internet websites - unfortunately usually the case - no pizzazz. We had a hiccup with the buffet brekky being downgraded to the continental but we contacted Expedia who fixed it straightaway. Not one of the flashest motels, the best ones were right on the esplanade (if that's what you're looking for), but the rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Buffet brekky was good. Very close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. There is no onsite parking, which was a pain as there were only 4 parks outside the motel for roughly 60 units - fingers were crossed each time. Overall, I would recommend these guys for travellers watching the budget - definitely not honeymooners. We enjoyed a good brekky, service was fine after we got past the brekky thing, rooms got a 5/10. Be careful when browsing for All Seasons on the net as there are actually 3 All Seasons in Cairns - nearly had heart failure when we came across another and mistakenly thought it would be ours.
