“Right in the heart of the Santa Cruz area”
Ideally placed for exploring the cathedral, alcazar and tapas bars of Seville. Excellent stay.
“A lovely hotel in a great location.”
The Hotel Puerto Dunas is set in a residential area, It is very easy to find if you are driving from the airport at Jerez, I was there less than half an hour after picking up my hire car. The staff are very freindly, and most speak very good English. As well as tourists from other countries a lot of Spanish people seem to stay here as well. The room is comfortable and has everthing you would expect. The swimming pool is very good, as are its surroundings. I did not eat in the restaurant, I prefer to go into town, but I heard it was good and the menu seemed to change most days. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach, there is a supermarket about 2 minutes again. To walk into town is very pleasant, takes about 20 minutes, and well worth it once you get there. I stayed here for a week and was very impressed with the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area. I would most certainly stay at this hotel again.

“A Very Nice Inexpensive Hotel”
The hotel is a very nice hotel and well worth every dollar (or euro) spent. It has a nice bar, restaurant and pool.
“Perfect for our needs”
We stayed here for one night and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Rooms are a little small but the hotel has a great pool and plenty of facilities. We were a little disappointed with the resort, but it made an ideal stop off for one night.

Just outside town. It's quite confusing to get there driving due to the uncountable roundabouts. However, it is only a 5 - 10 mins drive from the city centre. Staff are ok, but not too friendly. Room is basic. Breakfast buffet quite basic as well. Very close to the seafront. Ideal if you want to go out on the bikes, as the bike lane is 2 mins from the hotel and it goes along the sea front.
“Nice hotel in el Puerto de Santa Maria”
Hotel Dunas Puerte is located outside the center of el Puerto de Santa Maria but there is a local bus stop right in front, so dont let location stop you from staying there. Dunas Puerte is a nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. I would recommend it mostly to those travelers who need more or less just a place to sleep/relax a bit (there is a quite nice swimming pool to be used) . i was a bit disappointed over the breakfast, which was quite basic. but still...hotel offers a good service for a good/not to expensive price.
