The staff and the service were excellent. A gentleman named Byan took very good care of us. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room had an easy access to the pool and a decent view of the ocean. Housekeeping came in I believe twice a day to clean and give fresh towels. What I disliked with the room is that it is a little outdated. The shower head leaked. The shower door didn’t stay shut. Walls are thin. You can hear the people passing the room. The resort had a good variety of restaurants to choose from. Bad thing is most close early. Overall 3 out of 5 rating.

Although I usually go to other areas in Mexico, I found this resort, although older, to be excellent. The property was immaculate, the food was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The Italian restaurant was particularly good and the pianist was a nice touch. If you're looking for a beach vacation, this is not the place to go. It was beautiful, but it was impossible to swim - too many rocks. It's more a vacation to just relax and not do too many activities. There were no airport transfers, so I found that odd, as most places have them and it wasn't cheap to get to the resort. I would definitely go back again with a good book for some peace and quiet.

The property itself is absolutely breathtaking! Gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I gave 4 stars because we never received our VIP free bottle of wine or credits, and we didn't receive our mini bar until the day before we checked out. Also, we had an issue and had to change rooms. The 2nd room wasn't quite as nice. The fridge leaked, and the initial sold was to unplug the fridge. We had to complain to actually have it properly fixed.

Facilities were excellent. Very clean and updated. Staff was wonderful. Byan's service at the pool each day was outstanding. Food and drinks were great under the all-inclusive package. Views of the beach, waves, and sunrises were perfect. Also was not crowded (did not need to wait on anything).

They tried to get us to do an hour timeshare. We declined but they kept insisting. They tried to make us feel bad because we said no. Otherwise the rest of the stay was very good. The room was next to new construction so during the day it was very noisy.

Staff are all friendly and helpful. But somehow the communication between departments is a bit broken. We were told the wine gift for a VIP would be delivered upon arrival, but it was delivered on day #4 and after 4-5 times contacts from us at front desk and housing keeping call. But once it was delivered, the presentations was beautiful. We stayed at the hotel for most of meals. Food quality is good at a rating of 3.8/5 but hope it could be better at 4.5/5.

Yo y mi familia fuimos celebrando unos 15 años y la experiencia fue horrible. El servicio del hotel pésimo , Éramos un grupo de nueve personas y tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para cenar en un restaurante japonés el cual luego de la espera nos dijero que podían sentarnos juntos. Imagínese venir a compartir solo una semana en familia y tener que estar comiendo por separado, le explicamos la situación y nos dijeron muy groceramente que no se podía . Tratamos en el restaurante italiano a ver cómo nos iba y pues todo fue peor, la comida súper mala y el mesero perdido nos dio unos precios por las botellas de vino y luego nos dio otro por la misma bebida. Según ellos este hotel es muy familiar pero les digo yo que de familiar no tienen nada realmente no se los recomiendo. Me siento muy decepcionada al viajar 8 horas hazta acá .

I was really excited to go here and we had selected one of the most priciest room choice they had, expecting a really fun vacation. The hotel has very good reviews and seemed highly rated. But here below are some of the pros and unfortunately more cons: Pros: Clean facility Helpful staff Lots of restaurants choices Cons: - As soon as we checked in, even though it was 3pm, check in, we didn't get a room till 4-4.30pm. - Our room was almost a 10 min golf cart ride away!! So, all the entertainment, pool access, restaurants were far away from our room, and every time we had to step out, we needed to call for the golf cart. Which just seemed very inconvenient, but definitely a way for the resort to make extra money! Who carries that much small change $$ for tips! It was just not something we were prepared for. - Even though there were so many restaurants to eat at, we only ate at 3 restaurants, because all others had 1.5-2hrs wait time each time we tried! They don't take reservations, so cant really skip the wait. - Entertainment, I might add what entertainment?! The customer service was really poor. We didn't really see any entertainment because there wasn't enough information about it! - We tried to book an excursion via the concierge at the hotel, and they tried to rip us off by charging an additional $150. We booked the same excursion directly from the website! - Been a VIP Silver Elite member at Expedia gives me some benefits - which I did not end up getting!
