The property is very close to the metro station, which is convenient. The coffee machine in the lobby was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The laundry room was helpful, but a few lines of instruction in English would be good to have. However, the hotel is quite dated and super dark, the hallways are disconcerting in that sense, with dark green walls. My room was strange, with 3 separate cabins for bathtub, shower, and toilet, yet the sink was attached to the bed !!!? Not super clean either, maybe since everything is so old it could not be any better, but certainly that room saw better days.

Dusty, dirty, old
Doesn't look anything like it does online. Couch was old and torn up, mirrors had handprints and marks all over them, dust everywhere, things falling apart being held together with tape, and ROACHES. Roaches would crawl out of the phone, the tissue box, etc. I saw them on the walls, in the corners, and even had one run across the bed as I was laying in it. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Spend a bit more money for some actual cleanliness and comfort.

It was a little dusty in some spots and the light system was not working properly but they quickly fixed the issue and offered a new room.

You see what you get
One of the few hotels where the pictures match the room. The experience was everything I could have hoped for in a weekend getaway. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and couch, and friendly staff. The beach is just a few blocks away too. What a trip!

First Time to Busan
I had an interesting time at this hotel. First the good: definitely very close to the beach 3/5 minutes walk. Right besides Haeundae food alley which is perfect, you can walk to everything. As described on their site close to the major attractions. Definitely take a walk around Dongbaek Island day and night you can see the Gwangan Bridge from a great view. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, there was a problem with my room and they did everything they could to make my stay better. Even switch my room until I was happy. The manager remembered me by name and check in on me throughout my stay. Plus they really do have a full laundry room service, 24 hrs and it’s free! The only thing I can say unpleasing was the smell a few times around the hotel on certain floors, housekeeping can do a more detail job of cleaning especially the bathrooms, and to make sure everything is working in a room before booking it out. Overall good stay and probably would stay again.

For the price the room was perfect. Bed very comfortable, TV, computer, bath and separate shower. All toiletteries provided including slippers razor comb and even pyjas.... Super!

Overall it wasn't too bad. Only thing was that I had to go deep into the alley in order for me to go to hotel. Also, breakfast was 11,000 (KRW) which was very pricy compared to the quality and type of food that they had.

Very nice location next to heundae beach . Hotel needs better cleaning, breakfast is ok but always the same like most places in Korea . Room size is good . A bit above average hotel. Front desk was friendly and with few English manage to help us .

Comfortable, well-equipped room in a good location. The prices weren't unreasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Haeundae Beach area!

Great location, comfy, good breakfast.
My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) was very comfortable in the High Deluxe Twin Room 401. Lots of space, kitchenette with mini fridge, although not that many utensils. Beds were one of the most comfortable we've had in Korea, bedding was warm and soft. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a small salad bar, 3 soups (black sesame, seaweed,cream), scrambled eggs, bacon, rice/fried rice, sausages, pancakes and coffee station which dispensed americano, latte, hot chocolate or cappuccino. This breakfast was included with our room and was the same everyday during our 4days here. Tub was large...just no shower curtain however this is not uncommon in Korea. If this is your first experience in Korea, it may seems strange. So water basically gets everywhere when you shower but that's why there's bathroom slippers. Just wish there was a squigy to push the water on the tile down the drain. Lots of extra toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial lotion, hairspray and gel, toothbrush and even hair brushes). Staff was wonderful and helpful despite minimal English. Location was 2 minute to the Main Street and all the restaurants. Diaso is less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent place!
My daughter and me stay for 3 nights and we loved this hotel. It’s very near to go to the beach, to restaurants and transportation. The room has the glasses doors, different for us but really nice. We enjoy it this hotel!

A good and comfort stay
The location of the hotel is very good and with very reasonable price, only 5-6 mins walk to the subway exit no.5 & 7 and bus station, also very close to the shopping area and many restaurants nearby, very convenient for everything, I have had a comfort stay there but except the air conditioner doesn't work on the first night. Will come back again if I have chance to visit to Haeundae again. One recommendation to the hotel - I would strongly recommend the hotel to provide the guests with at least English translation for everything in the room, as all information were only in Korean, like the TV messages on the screen, the machine for the toilet bidet ..., that would be very helpful for the guests whom they didn't know Korean.

Surprised in a good way!
I booked this hotel online at the last minute and am very pleased that I did! My wife and I stayed there 2 nights over the Memorial day weekend and could not have been happier. We did not expect a 5 star hotel but it was a great deal and the breakfast was very nice.

It was decent in a very convenient location, closer to the subway and the beach. However, they don't differentiate smoking versus non-smoking rooms, so the room smelled. If you are sensitive, I do not recommend this place.

Comfortable and quiet for sleeping
I enjoyed this hotel especially appreciating the good sized bathroom - good breakfast available though selection was moderate rather than exhaustive. Took a while to figure out how to work the air-conditioning - the reception staff explained it to me - however perhaps it would be good for them to have a guide in other languages to show what to do with the remote. Happy to stay here again.

JB Hotel- Haeundae - Busan
hotel was clean, but our only complaint was we had been put in a smoking room when we had asked for a non smoking room! When I asked at reception they at first said they didn't have a non smoking room, but after a while came to us and said we could change our room which turned out to be a non smoking room! Also I had paid for a larger room which I am not too sure we ended up with! Having said that we will stay at this hotel again as it is in a convenient place for the restaurants/bars in the area, also close to the beach

전반적으르 괜찮았지만 몇가지 아쉬움이 남네요 너무 다 일회용으로 제공되어서 불편한 점도 있었습니다 실내화도 일회용이라서 쿠션이 전혀 없어서 걸을때마다 불편했고 비누도 너무 작은거라 그립감도 없고 샤워타올에 묻힐때도 불편했어요 조식은 반찬이 떨어지면 바로바로 채우지않고 떨어진걸 말씀드려야 채워주셔서 서비스가 좋은점수 주기가 어럽네요

設備老舊，隔音很差
這次入住跟之前差很多，設備很老舊，床頭就是洗手檯，很怪，浴室也在床旁邊很不ok，隔音非常不好！都可以聽到隔壁關門聲及走廊的聲音，且飯店旁是工地，一早就開始施工很吵！之後不會在選擇JB了。
