Air conditioning not working so the maitenance person opened the access to the window. We not only had some air circulation, but we had a rock concert with it. Not a restful night's sleep. Desk people minimumly helpful but maintenance person came to the rescue several times. Ask which computer is attached to the printer before you try to print. Reasonable place to stay if that's all you need. Don't count on the amenities without questioning.
