Need major upkeep
This hotel used to be nice. But now need lots of of upkeep. Walls are peeling cracks everywhere. Showers and baths are need major upkeep. The Bar area is very dirty floors furniture I hope they can keep up even because of Covid.

Hotel is old, and rooms are falling apart. Air conditioning did not work on our room. Someone in management is a thief, as they promised a refund for checking out a day early, and now telling me I checked out a day late, even though by that time I was in a different city. On a good side, the spa is very nice and the staff at the spa, the restaurant, and room service are all very nice. Unfortunate for them management is so incompetent as they can't keep AC working in the rooms and steal money after promising a refund.

Amazing views but remote location
Overall nice property with several areas that require improvements- location is far away from everything and requires driving to get to any place in Bukovel. Would be nice to have a free shuttle to the city. Room cleaning was spotless but the hall area was not cleaned during our stay at all- the same pile of garbage on a floor was there all 3 days. Breakfast has really nice, great selection of food.

Nice hotel with rude and vicious staff!!!
I'm a gold member with bookings in over 20 countries and stayed with Expedia and Hotels.com in close to 50 cities across the globe. I've never felt a personal hatred coming from hotel staff until now. The staff were hostile and not accommodating to our religious dietry needs. We began eating our religious dietry food in a empty smoking room, the staff showed up and made us pack everything up. We vowed to clean up the place even cleaner than before but the staff refused saying that we all (six people in three seperate rooms) need to eat in our rooms and refused to let us dine outdoors on the side of the hotel. One of the staff even took it personal and kept following us for a while with a vicious/victorious smile to make sure we don't find a quiet spot in the huge outdoor premises to gulp down our food. She made us feel very uncomfortable. It was a very degrading moment as a client.

Best place in Bukovel for families
Excellent place for both ski holidays and summer mountains hiking. Needs some attention to kitchen but overall great just as during all the previuys years.

Lovely place, lovely view.
Lovely view from a lovey room. The downside was: 1) i would probably stay somewhere else in the summer because the ski resort area is just dirty now, 2) the dinner at night was not staffed well enough. my neighbor diner waited 40 minutes without anything served...not even the soup... The staff was trying - although it seemed others were getting some priority treatment even over my just ordering? Anyway, it's probably normally fine, but ...

this is the highest level. there is no such thing
that was great. breakfasts at the highest level, the spa center worked by appointment because of covid, but it was comfortable. a comfortable ski room with access to track 7, friendly staff. our friend was congratulated on her birthday, sent a compliment from the hotel)) thanks!

Great hotel in Bukovel!
Everything was really nice at Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel! My wife and I traveled there for our honeymoon first week of August 2020 and we really have not complaints. I made the reservation through Hotels.com and all was smooth. The professional and friendly staff at reception, spa, restaurant, cleaning services, and room service was amazing! If there is an opportunity, we would come back for sure. Thanks for all guys!

Overall very good but few things can be improved
This was our fourth stay in this hotel and we still like it as we did when went there first time. Views are excellent, location is close to restaurants and other businesses, ski resort is only minutes away. However it's starting to feel like hotel may need a bit of refresh as shower insulation strips are turned brown now and don't look very nice/clean and coffee creamer was expired (it was likely the one that was sitting there from pre COVID times). Pillows also starting to smell a bit weird. If those are fixed I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone during any season. They also have a pool and spa but those weren't available during our stay due to post COVID restrictions. Speaking of COVID they have hand sanitizers on every floor in front of elevators, a bottle of spay sanitizer in a bathroom and virtually everywhere else you may need it in the hotel.

International 4 star standard in Bukovel
Good international 4 star standard hotel located by the side of the ski slope where you can ski down to the resort centre and chair lifts. Hotel in excellent condition with comfortable rooms. The only let down is the main bar area where the service could be more proactive as it’s difficult to attract attention and get served

What a hotel!! We had such a wonderful time here! The room was stunning. We had a view across the mountains and would watch the sunset at night. The beds were comfortable, we had tea and coffee making facilities and the TV worked well with a good selection of channels. The bathroom was so unusual - it had a glass wall so you could see in from the bedroom!! It was great as you could have a bath and see the mountains. The toilet and shower were behind frosted glass so there is privacy. There is also a curtain that could be drawn if needed. We had a large balcony which we could sit out on. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was fantastic - brilliant choice for the buffet and all very tasty. There was a large swimming pool and sauna that we used on a daily basis. It was all so good we didn't want to leave!
