“Auxillary Staff”
I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. The woman who operated the morning buffet was outstanding. She was personable and helpful and responded immediately if food items were in low supply! Even the cleaning staff greeted us and wished us happy new year. This is the sort of service one gets on a cruise and the first time I have witnessed this in a hotel.

Our second stay at a Hampton Inn and they did not disappoint. Rooms are clean, modern and they smelled so fresh! We had a very last minute change in dates and expedia customer service representative worked with Hampton Inn to alter; outstanding service for both parties. A big thank you...
“Stay Here!”
I look forward to staying at the Hampton again when I visit Buffalo. My family and I were very pleased with the accommodations and proximity to shopping and dining sites in the area. The decor was very attractive and inviting as well. The 'make your own homemade waffles' for breakfast were a real treat. A nice breakfast experience. We have only positive commentary to make.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff, quiet, cannot hear the planes, you will get a good nights sleep - the beds and pillows were so comfy, delicious breakfast, close to all shopping, the perfect hotel, will definitely be back. They will also drive you and pick you up at the Waldon Galleria - No charge !!!!!
“Pleasant Stay - Loved it!”
It was my first trip to Buffalo and I've heard the city was not that nice and I honestly didn't know what to expect.. When I arrived, it was close to the airport, close to the Walden Galleria Mall (very nice mall#, Staff was very courteous and nice. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and different everyday. I have to give credit when it is deserved and there was a lady at the front desk at the night shift that was very kind and gave me a bag of chips, I was craving for something salty and I didn't have cash on me, it was like 1am, and she was nice enough to give me hers #probably).. It was a nice gesture. They were also keeping everything clean at all times.

Clean, well kept, great breakfast. Close to the airport, to the highway and to the Galleria Mall for great restaurants and shopping. Will stay again.

Good value, would stay again. I Like Hampton Inn's when traveling as the chain is consistant. I have not had an unpleasant experience or "surprise".
“Best hotel in Buffalo for the money.”
We chose this hotel because it was close to our soccer teams venue in Elma, NY. It was easy to get to from the boarder, great value for the money, nice rooms, clean pool & hot tub, a nice breakfast included. Will stay there again, when in the area.
