“Hotel was great.”

Hotel willingness and sense of the costumers needs were great. This property was tucked away in a nice area but close to most things. I was shown around the city by locals by way of taxis that were cheap. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the toliet items, soap ect. Other than that it was great and would stay again.

“Beautiful Epoque Hotel”

The hotel staff were all fantastic with great english and all very friendly with great local knowledge too. They did not mind handling any of my many queries when I was there, the food was great and the park opposite was great too. I can't wait to go back there especially in the height of summer.

“Great stay”

Although hidden and difficult to find, it was worth trying to discover it. Beautiful, like a small french castle at the end of a cul-de-sac. Great suites, huge bathrooms and amazingly helpful personnel. Everything was catered to make our stay memorable. The restaurant had a superb menu and the breakfast was very good too. Definitely THE hotel to stay when we go back.

“Great service in fabulous location”

The hotel was great very close to a beautiful park which surprisingly was safe to walk thought even in the night. People were there all the time. Only a fifiteen minute walk from the old town, museums and galleries. Fiftenn minute walk to the opera house which we went to one night......50 LEI for two box seats!!! The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and bright. The spa beautiful with very interesting things to check out. Staff were great and could not do enough for you. Only let down was the food which was very disappointing. We ordered two angus beef steaks which by Bucharest terms were pretty pricey. They were the most discusting cuts of beef I have ever laid eyes on. Absolute grizzle from stem to stern!!! Yuck, Have not been able to look at beef since it really put me off. The "hot" breakfast was brrrrr cold every morning. Well, after the third of seven we gave up trying. What a shame about this because other than the food the hotel rely is fabulous. I would definitely recommend the hotel but eat out!!!!
