“Very Clean and Friendly Staff”

I was there for a conference on Phantasialand, and book this hotel because the location, is a very well located hotel, near you can find supermaket, drugstore, and more..

“Good business variant for access to Cologne”

Was not clear when booking via expedia whether breakfast was included in the booked rate or not and therefore was slightly disappointed to be charged and extra 15 Euros per day for the breakfast charge. Everything else was faultless.

“80's Style”

I stayed at the Ramada for two nights on a recent business trip. Arriving after 10pm, the only food available was ready-made pizza. Although there is nothing seriously wrong with it, the decor is badly in need of modernisation. The hotel bar is decked out in a very tired bamboo cocktail-bar style which adds to the dated feel of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and facilities were in good condition. Very average overall. Acceptable for a short stay but nothing more.
