"There was someone else's soiled, stiff washcloth still in the shower. There was no hot water to shower in. They didn't leave clean wash clothes in the bathroom. There was only half a role of toilet paper in the bathroom, no spare role. They charged me an extra $2 / day to use the kitchenette, yet there ne no bowls or spoons or anything to be able to use in the kitchenette. They charged a $10 / day room service fee. Yet, the beds were not made, there were no clean towels, garbage was never taken out. The staff never provided any room service. You can't even get a cup of coffee at this hotel. When I tried to talk to the staff at the front desk about some of my concern's, she raised her voice and said very condescendingly, "the manager will be here after 4 you will need to talk to her then". Like that is going to solve anything as I am checking out! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Not even if the nights were free!"
