I brought it up to the properties attention and I have yet to hear from anyone about a refund. In addition, Expedia actually messed up my reservation and I submitted for a refund and they keep saying they’re gonna get back to me, but they never have even though the manager at the time said that when Expedia reached out to them to process and approve the refund that they would approve it however, because I did not buy the protection I feel that my reservation was intentionally messed up.
For this reason alone, it’s doubtful that I will ever book another hotel through Expedia"
